Our travels and work brought us to Hong Kong. Crazy mixture of west and east that this city offers. You can definitely feel, see and experience the presens of british influence. Actually the city almost feels like smaller, asian version of London.
We were at this big trade show for most of our days, so the time for sightseeing was highly limited. On the other hand we had great luck with the weather. Apparently this city of 7 million citizens has big big problems with polution, mainly because of it geographical position, climate and winds. So even though it's warm, it is very rare sunny weather.
We were lucky. First days if sight seeing we decided to check put the Victoria point and the view, on this sunny bright day was magnificent. Other things to do in Hong Kong: eat great food and shopping all day long. Serious shopping.
Definitely a city to return to!

Ueno Park
Our last day in Tokyo we finally made the trip to Ueno park. I really wanted to just walk around cherry threes for one last time, and they are many many in this cute park. More than 1000 of cherry threes are lined up in a central pathway. Perfect for a romantic walk. Apart from watching flowers you can eat tasty japanese street food or take a tour in those cute swan gondolas.

Tokyo Bay
We have spent one whole day walking around Tokyo Bay. Guide book promised cool science museums, architectural experiences and different shopping mall, but it was really nothing that I found so interesting or different. It is an hour trip with the train as well, and the area is huge, so it was very time and energy consuming to move your self from point A to point B. But we took some nice photos and the ride over rainbow bridge was fun.

Yoyogi Park
This is one of Tokyo's largest city parks, featuring wide lawns, ponds and forested areas. You can walk to Yoyogi park directly from Harajuku.
In the heart of the park you will find a cute garden with ponds, big fishes and small roads and roadsigns everywhere. there is also a beautiful temple. I was very lucky to capture a wedding ceremony.
