The view

This was our mini-vacation nr 2. Koh Tao, paradise for divers and everybody who wants to enjoy relaxed atmosphere. In between 2 diving days we took a trip to Nang Yuan Island. I visited this unique island last year and have such a nice memories from swimming in that crystal clear water. Of course we had to do it again. 

This island is a perfect place for a day of snorkelling or to chill out, Nangyuan has one of the most beautiful beaches where you can sit and enjoy quiet sunsets on the beach, no cars or hustle.

Now for all the brave ones who dare to take those 240-something steps up in extrem heat there is an extraordinary reward waiting - the view. It was breath-taking. The sun rays and clouds made the whole scenery look like a retouched postcard. Now you wish there was a little bar up there where you can have a cold drink and admire the view for hours, but there was none. So the best thing to do is to take 240 steps back and jump into that beautiful water.

I found this

One day while guys were kite-surfing I was exploring Lamai Beach on my own, having in mind a picture of this perfect place to have my perfect pina-colada. It took me almost 2 hours walking around the beach but it was so worth it!
Look what I found. It's pink and white, with comfy sun beds, sexy lounge music in background,  and oh la laaa, super tasty cocktails. It's perfect!

Next day I actually showed guys my little secret. If you want to find this place one day it is hidden at the end of the Lamai Beach - when it look that you are at the end of the beach just continue walking and you will find it.

 

 

 

 

Silver Beach

It's Saturday and we have beach plans for today. This is our favourite beach, Silver Beach. It is a smaller bay, well hidden and close to our place. Now time for swimming!

Morning session

This has been my morning routine since 1. jan 2011. Not every morning, I wish I had that much discipline. Couple of days a week for 40 minutes I am having this beautiful view while doing morning yoga. It's the same simple yoga session that I learned at meditational retreat back in days, so I am really really looking forward to take some yoga classes soon and learn something new. I feel that I am ready for the next level. 

Welcome to...

...our home. We found this cute resort second day we arrived. By mistake the apartment we had booked before arriving was on completely opposite part of the island and far away from our kite-surfing school. So we had to rent a bike, start to look around and this adorable place was waiting for us. We got surprisingly good price and moved in.

In my opinion apart from lovely spacious bungalows with (my favorite) outdoor shower, big dose of charm is added to this resort by all happy people working here. It is a family owned resort, and our host Nikki helped us with everything we asked for. She really saved us by resolving Internet connection wich was so bad and irritating in the beginning. Nikki fixed it.

The attention layed on growing and keeping the garden so beautiful and lush is really showed in results. As you walk around you can feel sweet scent of a flower and look at big butterflies that are really not shy. My favorite flower is that white one, I keep forgetting the name of it, anyway it smells adorable.

As you walk around you get distracted by sweet scent of a flower and big butterflies that are really not shy. Every day on my way to breakfast I picked up one of those white flowers laying on the ground and smelled it. My friend Ten said once it is really good for you to smell the roses. There are no roses here but this little white flower smells adorable.
